Asset Liabilities and Market Risk Specialist

• Collaborate with cross-function teams and product teams to support launches of new opportunities.
• Analyse, assess, and evaluate the entire funding agreement including the terms and conditions of the agreement.
• Monitor foreign currency exposure and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with internal teams on various initiatives to support business growth.
• Support the implementation of banking solutions to improve treasury operations and other treasury projects or initiatives as needed.
• Monitor liquidity management structure to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and regional regulatory changes that could improve treasury management and practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Corporate Treasury in a multinational or leading organization.
- Solid understanding of treasury management practices, i.e., treasury systems, policies, and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with structured thinking capabilities and good problem-solving skills.
- Results and detail-oriented, team player, strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passionate about sharia economy.
- Strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of management.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with a consistent ability to achieve financial accuracy.
- Have strong work ethics and integrity, can embrace corporate culture and change, highly committed, and possess a strong teamwork spirit.
