Responsibilities
- Execute the operation process and procedure related to Risk Operations
- Maintain and monitor the quality and efficiency of the operation process
- Identify likely fraud modus-operandi and feedback to risk teams for action
- Provide added value to the Business/Functional by identifying new and developing risks and providing operational risk advice through the mechanism in the risk policy SOP building.
- Execute the identified users or transactions according to Fraud SOP that have been built and take the full ownership of it
- Responding to internal fraud-related inquiries
- Together with the business team, conduct an assessment on new activity (initiatives, campaigns, product improvements, etc) and development and/or collaboration with other stakeholders to obtain approval from the regulator (if needed) and ensure that all documents have been approved and approved. signed by all stakeholders
- Updating the database with applicable terms/regulations
- Detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Conduct queries/analyses, build visual models and construct presentations on abuse trends to aid in fraud prevention and influence change in existing abuse detection systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Risk Operations and/or Policy, Fraud prevention/management within a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and able to work with a team and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication, attention to detail, and research skills.
- Good knowledge of risk management, fraud management, merchant risk, or compliance related business experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while demonstrating exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrate good decision-making skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
