Requirements :

Operational experience (Especially Logistic & Airfreight) for more than 2 years
Min 2 years with a management role
Well communicate with new people and maintain a relationship with other ops department
Ability to work and coordination related ops as required
Willing to travel at least 2 times a month to maintain and solve any issues related AF ops
Innovative & experience directing projects and delegating tasks to improve AF ops
Having analytical-minded
Familiar with operating Ms. Office (Excel, Word & PPT)

Responsibilities :

Monitoring All FST Performance
Maintain Relationship and Manage AF Provider
Reporting Monthly AF FST Report from Station
Maintain and Ensure Excellent coordination with RM, AM, FST & IC Stations of AF Outgoing and Incoming Station (EX Jakarta, SUB, JOG, KNO)
Monthly Investigation AF Penalty Scheme from Recovery
Ensure and explore price saving prospects based on provider/vendor available in each current airlines routes
Explore and Initiate Price saving prospects with provider/vendor
Perform operational expansion and network planning for routing which correspondence with current department objectives
Ensure audit performance for operational process
Initiate and manage relations with relevant leaders and cross-functional heads
Coaching, mentoring and support team members through the use of innovative tools, processes and applications designed to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Explore current industry news, best practices, benchmarks and methodologies in freight process and kickstart aligned training programs to accelerate freight process/initiative to achieve operational objectives
