  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree any field. (Logistics or Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Management or Business Studies majors preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have strong leadership/management skills with the ability to influence other
  • Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision making, interpersonal skills.
  • Data and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with bank cash management or monitor transaction and reporting petty cash on daily basis
  • Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail Oriented

Job Descriptions:

  • Monitoring and ensure all operation Airfreight activity in HUB area
  • Coordination with Related department (Sortation, Vehicle Management, Recovery) if any operational issues
  • Monitoring Airfreight scan compliance (Into Hub / Into Van), and ensure SLA's Into Hub - Into Van below 2Hrs
  • Submit cash op name, daily petty cash and weekly petty cash
  • Supervise the supervisors & team leaders who responsible to ensure all freights are measured & weighed and are in compliance to airlines standard & Ninja's SOP.
  • Monitoring and ensure smooth deliveries from Hub to Airport.
  • Improving Lead time & FIFO procedures in Airfreight staging area.
  • Coordination with stake holders Cargo Agent and Airlines if any operational issues
  • To maintain good rapport with Airport Authority, Custom officials & relevant stakeholder to ensure facilitation of operational processes procedures & customer services at airport
  • Investigate and resolve all claim issues for inbound and outbound shipment processes for air freight team
  • Monitoring operating standards to ensure an efficient and effective reservation process
