  • Support the operations team in collating and analysing Ninja stores sales data.
  • Involvement in mapping and prospecting clients in e-commerce, as well as other sectors requiring NV's logistics services
  • Support the Retails Region Manager and managers with standardise store level KPI reports.
  • Main point of contact for vendors and suppliers of the stores.
  • Manage operations team calendars and organise staff welfare related events and activity.
  • Support Retails Region Manager and managers in office administrative tasks as directed.
  • Compile weekly, monthly  sales reports with Managers input.
  • Updating daily,  weekly manpower listing and attendance for Ninjavan outlets
  • Visit City Council offices for licence renewals
  • Send monthly updates on Ninjavan Outlets Operations to Finance team and all other supporting personnel.
  • Handling office administrative work such as contract fillings, creation of Ninja Points and Shipper Accounts.
  • Assisting Operations in managing outlet staff uniforms and liaise with Inventory team.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.


  • Degree in any field
  • Fresh Graduate
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Personable and a good communicator in both written & oral English. Other language skills will be a plus.
  • Self-starter with good initiative, and persistence to see us through this challenge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a good comfort level using enterprise software.
