Your main duties in flying with us
- Acquire and onboard new experience providers by identifying high-potential partners, pitching platform benefits, and closing deals
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to improve satisfaction, retention, and revenue
- Optimize partner performance through data-driven recommendations on pricing, availability, and content
- Negotiate commercial terms and encourage adoption of marketing tools, promos, and OTA features
- Ensure seamless onboarding by guiding new partners through the setup process and training them on tools and best practices
- Support promotional campaigns by coordinating with partners and internal teams to execute seasonal or regional initiatives
- Monitor market trends and identify supply gaps to inform acquisition strategy and product development
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the travel, e-commerce, or marketplace sectors
- Proven experience in both partner acquisition and relationship management, ideally in tours, experiences, or transportation
- Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Looker, Tableau)
