Job Title : Account Executive 

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Account Executive supports the Content Team Leader in running the studio. They are responsible for liaising with the Clients and Creative Service Manager with supervision from the CTL to ensure all work is delivered on time and on brief.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Client and Project management

  • To work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service from the studio team.
  • To manage projects independently with minimal supervision from the Content Team Leader
  • Task include brief writing, creative briefing, admin work like monthly reports, job status reports and finance updates.
  • Quality control of all creative work ensuring all work are within the digital mandatories and platform best practices.
  • Working together with the Creative Services Manager to ensure project timelines are met, driving maximum efficiency, productivity and the maintenance of the highest quality of creative concept, design and artwork at all times.
  • Manage and coordinate the sharing of brand and campaign knowledge pertaining to the project within the team to aid the development of creative ideas for the project.
  • To ensure the client experience is as positive as possible using clear communication in person, through the telephone and supported by email.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GOOD AT:

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Excellent client management skills with the ability to proactively organise and discuss project related matters with Client, addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of digital eco-system and clear idea of how digital tools and technologies add value to the project.
  • Highly resourceful with the ability to share interesting brand or project-related references to contribute to project output.
  • Stay up-to-date with good understanding of marketing technology, digital media and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients.
  • Ability to oversee and lead several projects at once.
  • A source of innovation, passion and creative vision

  • Self-motivated, working with little supervision.
  • Collaborative team player, open minded – non political.
  • Proven ability to communicate and liaise with junior - mid levels in the business.
  • Discrete about all confidential and personal information.
