A-Pioneer Future Leaders Program is a talent development initiative designed to nurture competent and promising future employees who embody Amartha鈥檚 values, competencies, and expectations鈥攑reparing them to become Amartha鈥檚 next generation of leaders.
This program offers you the opportunity to grow into an Area Manager. As a Future Area Manager, you will support multiple districts with diverse clients while engaging directly in meaningful and constructive discussions.
During the program, you will receive exclusive learning opportunities from industry experts, including:
- Intensive leadership training

- A project improvement initiative with significant impact
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree or Diploma 4 or professional with max. 3 years of work experience
- Owns a motor vehicle and valid driving license (SIM C)
- Proficient in Google Spreadsheets and the Google ecosystem
- Active in university organizations or communities
- Willing to relocate to any Amartha office across Indonesia
- Ready to fully commit to the program
