Wellness Instructor - AYANA BALI

We are looking for a self-driven talent for a Wellness Instructor to work with our Spa team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality wellness classes, ranging from yoga and meditation to functional training and Pilates.
• Developing personalized wellness plans for guests based on their goals, preferences, and physical conditions.
• Providing professional advice and coaching to customers on fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning by keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
• Engaging with guests to build rapport and create a memorable, personalized experience.

• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Knowledge of current fitness trends and practices, as well as physical anatomy and physiology
• Eloquent in English both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certified wellness-related certification is an advantage
• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable
