Welder Technician | AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA

We are seeking a candidate who will be proficient in various welding techniques and responsible for maintaining and repairing the hotel infrastructure to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, fabrication, and repair of metal structures and components as needed throughout the hotel.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process.
• Conduct inspections of welds and related components to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Maintain and repair welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with other engineering team members to prioritize tasks and resolve maintenance issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Assist in general maintenance tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in welding is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
• Proficient in Electrical, Acetylin, Argon technique
• Strong understanding of welding safety standards and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity are required for the job.
