Warehouse Supervisor (Pekanbaru)

Job Description

• Set up overall warehouse division process and ensure to achieve KPI target for each division (Inbound/Inventory/Outbound)
• Set up manpower allocation plan based on forecast (monthly, weekly, and daily)
• Coordination with external parties (Sourcing, Logistics, Third Party Logitsics, Business Development, Opex, HR, General Affair, Health and Safety Environment, Security, etc.)
• Lead Improvement initiative
• Monitor and review SOP and Work Instruction for each process
• Lead problem solving activities in each division
• Control Cost Per Order to achieve target
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
• Prior experience as Team Lead/Supervisor in related role for minimum 2 years
• Good oral and written communication in Bahasa/English
• Willing to be located at Pekanbaru City
