Job Description
- Set up overall warehouse division process and ensure to achieve KPI target for each division (Inbound/Inventory/Outbound)
- Set up manpower allocation plan based on forecast (monthly, weekly, and daily)
- Coordination with external parties (Sourcing, Logistics, Third Party Logitsics, Business Development, Opex, HR, General Affair, Health and Safety Environment, Security, etc.)
- Lead Improvement initiative
- Monitor and review SOP and Work Instruction for each process
- Lead problem solving activities in each division
- Control Cost Per Order to achieve target
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
- Prior experience as Team Lead/Supervisor in related role for minimum 2 years
- Good oral and written communication in Bahasa/English
- Willing to be located at Pekanbaru City
