Warehouse Regional Operations Manager

Responsible for warehouse operations, operations hour so that can align with the needs of sales team.
Process alignment with related departments (AM, SM, RM and ACM) to get smooth process in warehouse.
Provide and manage all warehouse resources align with company needs.
Give decision for solution to all warehouse problems.
Make regulations in warehouse that will support each process.
Give punishment for every mistake made by supervisor or admin according to the level of error.
Ensure sufficient warehouse capacity and if over capacity, must find and proposes locations to storing that over capacity.
Align with RM about market size and sales forecasting to provide locations.
Do coordination with sales team (RM and AM) for any case facing in warehouse issues.
Do coordination with related department for scheduling and doing annual stock take or opname and SOP Audits.
People resource arrangement for all warehouse on the regions.

Experienced 4+ years of warehouse management.
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets).
Excellence in communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding leadership, organizational, and multitasking.
Strong in problem-solving skills
