Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the warehouse performance and KPIs of warehouse to meet with company's target
- Collaborate with warehouse managers and related functions to continuously identify, analyze, and solve the warehouse concerns
- Manage the quality control activities of the end-to-end process in the warehouse to achieve the expected standards
- Create and present reports regarding the warehouse performance and KPIs achievement to management and customers in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 2 years as Quality Control Senior or Lead, with 5 years experience in total in FMCG company
- Possess good analytical thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- A detail-oriented and quick-learner
- Proactive to learning with minimum supervise from the manager
- Willing to be located at our warehouse in Cikokol, Tangerang
