ABOUT THE ROLE
- Strategically develop and manage warehouse operations systems of all Warehouse Distribution in Indonesia in order to comply with company policy and vision.
- Receives and stores product by designing and developing product movement and storage systems, improving operations, and managing staff
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Managing end to end warehouse operations activities from material receipts, storage, material supply to operation until dispatch of finished goods for both local and export market to enable uninterrupted supply to market demand.
- Managing stock accuracy of goods, supporting Accounting to have regularly yearly stock take & audit for goods stored in warehouse, third party logistic, distributor and contract manufacturing and ensure all transactions are executed timely and accurately in system with respect to Company Regulation and Compliance
- Ensure workplace health, safety and security requirement are met. Ensure all processes and transactions are conducted in respect to the current Good Manufacturing Process (cGMP), standard operation procedure, Regulatory and Compliance.
- Implementing the company's and department's safety policies, ensure the effective implementation of personnel, materials, facilities and other safety work
- Formulate and implement annual/quarterly/monthly/self-inventory inventory plans, and analyzed and confirmed inventory results
- Monitor the compliance of staff procedures, implement performance appraisal, and improved team.
- Review warehouse schedule (balancing of incoming and outgoing) with Warehouse Supervisor & Leader.
- Provide weekly briefings to all supervisors and leaders.
- Review & follow up implementation of SOPs in Warehouse for company improvement.
- Look to increase productivity and aim to achieve targets company which given.
- Involving and active in the implementation of HSE programs (K3L program) with the target is to achieve HSE Goals by: implementing HSE rules, attending HSE trainings addressed to them, reporting and or following up on HSE issues and reporting on HSE incidents
- Ensures 100% compliance
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major or relevant qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an International Logistics/Freight Forwarding Company and in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment.
- Supply Chain, Logistics, International freight forwarding, Customs clearance understanding business process understanding
- Strong knowledge in HSE Warehouse
Desirable:
- Additionally 2 years managerial experience in retail warehouse
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Coaching skills, providing direction
- Sound judgement, issue and conflict resolution
