Description of Duties:
• Develop market specific strategies for various retail and visual merchandising operations and develop long and short-term objectives.
• Assist and coordinate in development of store design, layout visualization and visual merchandising, working together with local team and analyze zone set up requirement for individual store category.
• Prepare and execute new store opening built, permanent pop-up built, event built and visual merchandising signage. Also provide solutions to specific marketing requirements and manage all promotional events.
• Work with brand team and operations department and develop ways to increase traffic & sales through visual impact
• Maintain relationship and coordination with various team especially with Zone and Third party; Mall, department store, contractors, etc
• Organize training workshops for visual merchandising and assist in setting up of training centers for same.
• Evaluate all retail information, identify risks and prepare appropriate strategies to promote sales.
• Coordinate with event and management team and prepare innovative strategies for display.
• Analyze all current VM inventories to design strategies within market
Abilities and Skills:
• Fluent English in reading, writing, listening and Speaking.
• Proficient to MS office software (Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
• Proficient to Autocad and Photoshop.
• Planning and organization.
• Influencing and leading. Able to delegate with different teams.
• Ready to travel frequently at certain periods, and work during construction periods.

Experience:
• Degree holder in interior design or Architecture or relevant disciplines.
• Experienced in project management and design management in retail industry
