The Role
As Love, Bonito further strengthens its leading position in our growing market and establishes its offline presence globally, we are looking for a creative retail Visual Merchandiser to drive branding across all Love, Bonito retail stores in the goals to provide an excellent in-store experience by using visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into prospects, drive sales objectives and maximise profitability.
Main Responsibilities :
Head Office
- Plan, create, and execute overall visual merchandising strategy for the retail of Love, Bonito.
- Plan, create and execute weekly themes for mannequin and overall display in each store.
- Plan, create and suggest a mix & match display for each store.
- Suggest Merchandising team for each store’ assortment allocation based on most selling products.
- Overview most and least product selling in each store.
- Overview broken size for each store.
- Overview total parent Sku and Qty within benchmark.
- Identify and train VM teams across all stores (6 stores in 2023) and co-manage the appraisal process for all VMs.
- Identify and train VM teams across all stores (6 stores in 2023) for Retail Weekly Meeting presentation and how to analyse VM in store.
- Prepare and execute regional lookbook training, highlighting upcoming visual focus based on merchandising plans.
- Identify, track, and produce KPI reports (VM).
- Manage Visual budgets across all stores.
- Manage all of the physical and digital in-store collateral. Liaise with other stakeholders including Brand, Creative, Commercial, and Design team for promotional or ad hoc events.
- Source for displays and props to promote new product launches and/or seasonal themes.
- Monitor competitors' visual merchandising techniques and incorporate relevant ideas into the business.
- Work closely with the Area Supervisor to execute any marketing plans.
Stores
- Oversee all stores’ merchandise zones, floor layouts, displays. Analyse sales and merchandising reports and collaborate with the relevant stores to optimise visual and merchandising mix.
- Design window mannequin displays to storytell Love, Bonito’s product launches.
- Monitor customer profiles and build a bottom-up approach for item visual presentation according to each store’s customer demographic.
- Initiate constant improvements and refinements throughout the store by testing different visuals and comparing results to achieve best-in-class practices.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that every display touchpoint is well-maintained.
- Conduct VM training (lookbook training) to ensure all teams know what to highlight in every weekly launch.
- Act in alignment to the organisation’s culture, products, image, and target market.
Requirements & Experiences :
- Diploma/Degree in related studies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- 40 hours work week; will be in stores and HO.

- An ability to thrive in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility under critical pressure.
- Excellent managerial and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple ongoing projects.
- A self-starter with a proactive and hands-on attitude with enthusiasm to work and achieve as part of a team. Get it done right, and fast!
- A strong and confident communicator with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and materialise concepts into fruition.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel Sheet & MS Slides.
