Visual Designer

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Working directly with the Lead Designer and Chief Brand Officer to deliver a world-class brand and marketing communication solutions.
• You will be responsible for design creations from conceptualisation to executing across multiple touchpoints such as brand identity, design templates and other online/offline media.
• Producing consistently excellent visual work.
• Collaborate with other designers to produce and maintain an integrated look and feel for the brand
• You will work closely with different functions to provide design solutions that help them do their jobs better.
• Confidence to communicate your ideas clearly, take ownership in the design creations.
• Manage and facilitate product, new business & operation teams for websites and other marketing tools.

• Ideally but not mandatory, a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communications, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in advertising, design agency or in-house design dept.
• Proficiency in design tools, namely Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Knowledge of video editing and 2D animation.
• Some level of proficiency in HTML and CSS coding on Webflow.
• Proven track record of producing strong creative work.
• Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals, including typography, colors, and layouts.
• Good communication skills within a team.
• Excellent digital imaging skills and photo manipulation abilities.
• Comfortable with social platforms and content production.
• Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
