Virtual Business Associate

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Business Associate in our company. You will be assigned to Qoala Plus Business Unit. Qoala Plus is one of our business units that focuses on direct promotion of our products to offline customers.

Responsibilities :

1. Generate revenue from sales of personal and commercial line insurance
2. Recruit new Mitras by utilizing multiple channel - in and out bound
3. Engage numerous Mitras with different sales background
4. Educate and develop Mitras

• Min. 1 year of experience
• Have general insurance background
• Perform the ability to recruit and plan business development activities of Mitras
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a structured manner by utilizing system and Microsoft Excel
• Have a can-do attitude with excellent manner and high-level of initiative
