We are looking for a Villa Manager who is highly motivated to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the villas, ensuring that all guest experiences meet the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and satisfaction
- Supervise a team of staff and ensure all team members are trained and performing their duties to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay
- Review customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in operating OPERA system
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or other related fields. Master's degree is desirable
