Villa Manager - AYANA BALI

We are looking for a Villa Manager who is highly motivated to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the villas, ensuring that all guest experiences meet the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and satisfaction
• Supervise a team of staff and ensure all team members are trained and performing their duties to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay
• Review customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in operating OPERA system
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or other related fields. Master's degree is desirable
