Video Editor

About the role

We are a startup in mission to unlock human potential, empowering people to prosper doing what they love. We are now looking for an exceptional Video Editor who will play a key significant role in the content team to create highly engaging contents to set for user's success. 

In this role you will:

• Manipulate and edit videos in a way that is invisible to the audience
• Take a brief to grasp production team's needs and specifications
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scene's value and contribution to continuity
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency

Desired Experiences:

• 1-2 years experience as Video Editor.
• Proficient in using DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition
• Able to work in a creative and fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member
