UX Researcher Intern

- Help UX Researcher on planning and executing research initiatives to gather insights into user behavior by exploring both UX/Product research and market research.
- Collaborating closely with UX Researcher to accommodate research requests from stakeholder to gain impactful insights for better decision-making process.
- Generate research insights, creative recommendations, and storytelling presentations that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.
- Participate in recruitment activities (for user interviews) and survey distribution, including recruit and schedule participants
- Assisting ongoing research with note-taking and observation
- Bachelor's degree from any field of studies.
- Understanding the basic research process
- Any additional course, training, or certifications relating to Product Design, and or UX Research will be an advantageous
- Ability to work in teams and independently
- Has a passion for product and market research
- Ability to communicate effectively in english (oral & written)
