UX Researcher

- Planning and executing research initiatives to gather insights into user behavior by exploring both UX/Product research and market research.
- Conduct independent research projects or with other researchers, ranging from directional to foundational research
- Collaborating closely with product, product design, and business unit team (Qoala Plus) to accommodate their research request to gain impactful insights for better decision-making process.
- Generate research insights, creative recommendations, and storytelling presentations that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.
- Participate in recruitment activities (for user interviews) and survey distribution.
- Bachelor's degree from any field of studies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product, UX, or market research
- Ability to work in teams and independently
- Strong in both qualitative & quantitative research.
- Have curiosity like a “cat”, also have a big empathy with users.
- Ability to communicate effectively in english (oral & written). This is needed because your research report documents will be written in English.
