UX Research Ops Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Research Ops. Intern to join our growing research team in simplifying the experience for research operations.

In this role you'll work closely with researchers and research ops. specialist to implement operations guidelines to drive quality, productivity and efficiency within the research & design team.

As a Research Ops. Intern you will..

• Manage tools, calendars and file repositories to keep the research team  organizer.
• Own the research participant recruitment, scheduling, and incentive handling process,
• Assist research ops. specialist in research panel management,
• Assist researchers in data collection, such as meeting preparation, interview note-taking, interview transcribing, online survey drafting, etc.

What you will need…

• Demonstrated knowledge of computer software for databases and word processing (Google Sheet, Docs & Slides),
• Demonstrated knowledge of creating online form (Google form or Typeform),
• Basic knowledge of CRM software for communications with participants (Mail chimp, Moengage, Message Bird),
• Excellent typing skills while listening for note taking,
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills,
• Attention to detail & highly organized, able to handle a wide range tasks simultaneously.

Bonus point if…

• Basic knowledge of research methodologies
• Have interest in education sector
• Actively share knowledge OR participate in online courses
