UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team as we develop innovative mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing exceptional mobile user experiences that deliver tangible results. As a Mobile Application UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered designs that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts for mobile applications
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points, and incorporate feedback into design solutions
• Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements
• Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product features and requirements based on user feedback and business objectives
• Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback for further refinement
• Create/monitor metrics related to app health, user experience and new feature releases
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile application design, and contribute to the development of design standards and guidelines

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile applications UX designing experiences
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating successful design solutions and measurable results
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
