UI/UX Designer (Bali Based) | AYANA Hospitality

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and intuitive designs for our hospitality platform. This includes websites, mobile (web) apps, and in-room systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing digital experiences, a relentless curiosity for emerging technologies and trends, as well as an eagerness to iterate rapidly in a highly agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
• Develop high-fidelity user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and easy to use
• Work with developers to implement designs and ensure that they meet technical requirements
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies and best practices
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and mockups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in English
• Willing to be placed in Bali
