- Conduct training on new rules and regulations for all supervisors, staff and warehouse and operational admins.
- Make an assessment of all supervisors, staff and warehouse and operational admins.
- Ensure that every supervisor, staff and admin understands their work so that they can reduce errors at work.
- Making standard for employee specifications for coordinators, supervisors, staff and admins.
- Create a complete and comprehensive training package according to the needs of the warehouse and operations department.
- Conduct periodic assessments and grading of all coordinators, supervisors, staff and warehouse and operational admins.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is preferred.
- Experience as Training Specialist minimal 2 years.
- Familiarity with training methods, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Teaching, Facilitation, Organizing, and Coordinating skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
- Experience with designing training programs and workshops.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to determine training objectives.
- Have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Fluent English both Oral and Written.
