Training & Development Collection Manager

- Ensure accurate reporting of new joiner training provided by trainers.
- Deliver refresher training to existing employees and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain and update the schedule for refresher training sessions.
- Regularly review and update training materials on a monthly basis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for backgrounds in finance, banking, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of valuable experience as a Trainer or QC to our dynamic team.

- Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, ensuring your ideas resonate and inspire.

- Craft compelling narratives with proficient writing skills, showcasing your ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Fluent in both Bahasa and English (is preferred).
