Responsibilities
- Create annual training plan, strategy and budget
- Analyze, design and develop curriculum to support Business Manager's development together with the execution and evaluation
- Manage and control Business Manager's development and Mitra's engagement to align with company goals
- Analyze training by interact with stakeholders of different channels, analyze sales reports and interact with sales team members
- Come up with a special/ad hoc program that promote sales growth and sustainability
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training
- Present the success metrics of training in a regular basis to the stakeholders
- Proven experience in adult training program (minimum 3 years)
- Comfortable working with data and should have an analytical bend - combine EQ and IQ
- Experience in sales training will be an added value
- Having a positive attitude for an agile working style
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
- Excellent organizational, collaboration and management skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- Additional certification in training is a plus
