- Responsible to maintain effective relationship between residence tenants, retail tenant, office tenant and hotel management.
- To ensure the tenants satisfaction as main priority on daily operation routine.
- As point of contact to represent hotel management and the tenants.
- Assume daily point of contact for tenant and hotel.
- Attend to needs of tenants in daily hotel operation.
- Provide advise/suggestion to tenants on their itinerary needs.
- Explain lease agreements, tenant responsibilities and in-house rules.
- Foster closer relationship between tenants and hotel by daily engagement.
- Dissemination of information to/from the tenants on all operational matters.
- To ensure that the hotel standards, products, and services are communicated to all tenants and implemented accordingly.
- Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively.
- Strong communication, relationship building.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Second language is a plus.
- Knowledge of tenancy related issues.
- Work independently and as a team to complete assignments in a timely manner.
