As a Telesales Supervisor you will be

  • Conduct daily group briefing and 1-1 coaching & counseling for Telesales Agent
  • Manage team performance to achieve daily and monthly targets
  • Monitor and optimize Telesales Agent utilization for productivity
  • Report performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Listen to Telesales Agent recordings to ensure they improving the skills and quality
  • Flooring, to get an idea of what situation happening on the floor

About you

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Telesales field is required for this position
  • Preferably Supervisor specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing (Insurance & Ed-Tech background is a plus)
  • Having Knowledge about Root Cause Analysis Method Thinking
  • Having experience in handling a team of more than 10 people
