As a Telesales Supervisor you will be
- Conduct daily group briefing and 1-1 coaching & counseling for Telesales Agent
- Manage team performance to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Monitor and optimize Telesales Agent utilization for productivity
- Report performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Listen to Telesales Agent recordings to ensure they improving the skills and quality
- Flooring, to get an idea of what situation happening on the floor
About you
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Telesales field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing (Insurance & Ed-Tech background is a plus)
- Having Knowledge about Root Cause Analysis Method Thinking
- Having experience in handling a team of more than 10 people
