The Telesales Recovery role focuses on re-engaging and winning back customers who have churned, become inactive, or failed to renew their contracts. The role involves identifying the root causes of churn, rebuilding trust with former customers, and offering tailored solutions such as revised pricing, packages, or incentives to reactivate accounts. You will work closely with BD, account management, and product teams to turn lost opportunities into renewed revenue, while also providing valuable insights on customer pain points to help reduce future churn.

Apa yang anda lakukan sebagai Telesales Recovery?

  • Account Management: Menjadi partner bagi pelanggan yang sudah berlangganan produk iklan Lamudi semenjak periode berlangganan dimulai sampai dengan selesai & menghubungi klien yang tidak memperpanjang kontrak atau berhenti transaksi
  • Recovery: Menghubungi klien yang tidak memperpanjang kontrak atau berhenti transaksi, menggali alasan churn (harga, service, kompetitor, kebutuhan internal)
  • Recovery Solution: Menawarkan solusi recovery (diskon, paket baru, insentif)
  • Customer Database Management & Insight: Memastikan data di CRM (Salesforce) lengkap dan selalu diperbarui, memberikan insight ke tim sales/product terkait penyebab churn

Is this you?

  • Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK, Fresh Graduate D3/S1 dengan pengalaman organisasi dipersilakan melamar
  • Memiliki minimal pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Telesales / Recovery/Renewal / Account Management
  • Mampu berkomitmen terhadap pekerjaan yang diberikan serta tertarik untuk bekerja dilingkungan Start-up dan ritme kerja yang cepat
  • Excellent pitching and sales skills: Kemampuan pitching dan penjualan yang tepat; posisi ini membutuhkan kemampuan negosiasi dengan pelanggan secara terstruktur, persuasif, dan menyenangkan.
  • Good analytical thinking: Posisi ini membutuhkan individu dengan kemampuan analisa yang baik untuk memberikan saran dan solusi yang relevan bagi pelanggan
  • Resilient: Tidak mudah menyerah dengan penolakan
  • Can-do attitude: Mau belajar dan mencoba sesuatu yang baru, bahkan ketika anda tidak percaya diri
  • Excellent communicator: Mampu berkomunikasi secara jelas dan efektif
  • Smiling voice: Memiliki intonasi suara yang ramah dan bersahabat dalam berkomunikasi melalui telepon
