Telesales Officer

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or tele-insurance.
• Education:
• Minimum high school diploma (SMA) for experienced candidates.
• Minimum associate degree (D3) for fresh graduates.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Target-oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Other qualities: Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient in the face of rejection. Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to offer loan products and services.
• Follow up with leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
