Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or tele-insurance.
- Education:
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) for experienced candidates.
- Minimum associate degree (D3) for fresh graduates.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Target-oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to offer loan products and services.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
