Moladin is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Telemarketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing them to the Moladin's services and converting them into satisfied users of our services. As part of our dynamic and rapidly growing company, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team, and make a significant impact on the fintech industry and marketplace in Indonesia.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers by phone to introduce them to Moladin's services
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their needs and preferences
  • Provide accurate information about Moladin's platform and services, and address any questions or concerns that customers may have
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize customer satisfaction and drive company growth
  • Meet or exceed sales target on a regular basis
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies to drive engagement and sales
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Telemarketing or Customer Service field, with a particular focus on the Financing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under sales targets on a regular basis
