What will you do in the role?
- Handling a team of 50+ telesales executives and 4-6 telesales supervisors.
- Meeting with sales managers to discuss telesales strategies.
- Training junior telesales agents, and supervisors
- Implementing telesales strategies.
- Managing the telesales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the telesales team.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly telesales targets.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports.
- Improving the metrics like dialed to scheduled, scheduled to met.
What will you need/ Skill set :
- Previous experience working as a telesales agent, supervisor, and manager.
- Strong managerial and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to write and present reports.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Goal and results-driven individual.
- Knowledge of CRM utilization.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.
- Fluent in English.
