Tele Collection Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

• To achieve collection targets of the Respective Branch assigned
• Meeting the Target on the product assigned for Collections
• Ensuring legal guidelines are compiled for entire collection structure in letter and sprits
• Ensure that the collection agencies adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force
• Continuously monitoring collection agencies to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities

• Should have a bachelor degree in any major
• Should have more than 5 year of relevant experience in Collections role
• Excellent Communication and negotiations skills
• Driving results in a High performance environment
• Strong Relationship and Leadership skills
• Demonstrated success and achievement orientation
• Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
