Responsibilities:
- To achieve collection targets of the Respective Branch assigned
- Meeting the Target on the product assigned for Collections
- Ensuring legal guidelines are compiled for entire collection structure in letter and sprits
- Ensure that the collection agencies adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force
- Continuously monitoring collection agencies to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities
- Should have a bachelor degree in any major
- Should have more than 5 year of relevant experience in Collections role
- Excellent Communication and negotiations skills
- Driving results in a High performance environment
- Strong Relationship and Leadership skills
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation
- Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
