Technical Support Engineer Intern

Moladin, Indonesia's leading used car marketplace and fintech, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to Moladin's rapidly growing network of agents and dealers, ensuring a seamless car purchase experience across the nation. Moladin empowers its network through its full-stack digital automotive platform and best-in-class training, assistance, and support. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues faced by agents and dealers
• Provide timely and effective resolutions to tech-related problems
• Conduct training sessions on Moladin's platform and features
• Assist in the implementation of new technology tools and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Moladin's product offerings
• Manage and maintain internal technical documentation
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve customer experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience with coding languages such as NodeJS and javascript
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team-focused environment
