About the role
As a part of TechDevOPs, you’ll play an important role in setting up the newly established Infrastructure Platform within Gojek’s Financial Services team. Together with several Engineering streams and our third-party partners’ engineers, you’ll deploy and administer cloud-based infrastructure, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and contribute your expertise to the platform’s technical direction and strategic decisions for its infrastructure & architecture. Also there will be extra responsibility of achieving SLA’s in Response time and Resolution time. You have to always keep checking all logged tickets and respond to customers. Reach SLA’s also follow the JSM lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Daily checking of Ticketing system and responding to customers for reaching SLA
- Once Ticket is closed, Getting customer satisfaction
- Creating cost dashboards, Analyzing costing of different GCP services and reporting
- Troubleshooting initial level of Issue’s, deriving Possible solution
- Conduct troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures during and after each incident
- Support audit and infrastructure/network security scans, disaster recovery, and security related drills
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) on the cloud platform
What You Will Need
- Cloud experience in GCP (preferred) or AWS
- Familiarity of UNIX OS
- Experience with Infra automation and testing (i.e. Terraform and Terratest/Inspec)
- Experience with Containerization and Orchestration (i..e Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Scripting technologies (i.e. bash, python)
- Experience with Programming/Application Development (i.e. java, node.js)
- Hands-on experience in the latest infra tech like Kubernetes, Containers, server-less architecture
- Familiarity with Linux and solving issues on the platform
