What you will do, but not limited to:
- Managing candidate's database, especially for tech talent
- Reviewing job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements
- Sourcing for candidates for Tech and Product team INDICO and/or portfolios using various sources channel
- Select job applicants, confirm their qualifications and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate
- Scheduling, interviewing candidates and analyzing their tech skills towards the company needs. Assess their technical skill through various use case study/test if needed
- Advise Hiring Manager in which candidates to be processed the next step
- Conducting reference check for candidates
- Preparing offer letter for selected candidates and negotiation process until closing deal
- Assist onboarding for new hires and make an improvement for onboarding journey
- Involve in any Employer Branding activities and collaborate with Brand Communication team for new initiatives
- Suggesting tools and/or strategy to improve hiring process for Tech talent through series of benchmarking
- Continuously create talent pool for Tech talent and seek potential partnership for branding INDICO's tech team to add more candidates
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Talent Acquisition/Recruiter with end to end recruitment experience, specialized in Technology recruitment
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills for various positions
- Good interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Having a passion for data and analytics to evaluate the hiring process
- Strong network with the technology community and keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
