As a P2P investment platform, lender’s trust and satisfaction are important things that Amartha must take care really well. But sometimes there are issues that our lenders face and it needs a fast response and solution for the problem. This is where our support engineer will provide help, when a report coming in to our customer support system and a fix is required to be done in our tech system, the support engineer will provide necessary answer and fix so that the problem is solved. As the support engineer you will work closely with our customer service team and our engineers, so being able to provide precise answer and good communication are important. Here you could learn how our investing platform works, all the investing products that Amartha has, and how Amartha’s system is implemented.

  • Has IT education background, or real work experience in IT software development
  • Knows how to query data to SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Knows how backend system works, understand RESTful API
  • Knows how to use UNIX terminal/shell
  • Fast learner
  • Good communication
  • Fast response and having good responsibility
  • Has knowledge in fintech or P2P system is a plus
