Responsibilities:聽
- Provide the team members with a vision of project objectives as described by the Project Manager聽
- Ensure that the deliverables satisfy the specified project requirements and deadlines聽
- Determine project鈥檚 weekly targets rationally and be accountable of the team鈥檚 achievement towards those defined targets聽
- Reporting personal progress against plan daily聽
- Participation in definition, communication and enforcement of coding practices and software architecture guidelines聽
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration聽
- Min Bachelor from Informatics, System Information or Computer Science聽
- Having a passion to lead a team聽
- Have solid analytical thinking skills聽
- Expertise in C# development聽
- Experienced in Git Workflow聽
- At least have 2 years of experience as a team leader of small developer teams聽
- Expert knowledge of the software development discipline, including hands-on knowledge of the latest Microsoft technologies .NET Framework and SQL Serve.
