We’re looking for a Talent Success Associate to join our Managed Talent team, to maintain a healthy retention and provide the best experience for hubbers (talents managed by Glints) by conducting engagement activities and resolving issues on a daily basis.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing pre-onboarding service to hubbers and assisting their administrative needs
- Conducting engagement activities and announcing important announcement to hubbers
- Processing offboarding service for churning hubbers
- Managing recycle rate of churning hubbers to drive retention rate
- Cooperating with Account Managers to ensure hubbers’ working experience
- Working together with Community Team to manage engagement activities for the hubbers

Who We Are Looking For
- 1 year working experience in HR industry or Customer Service industry (fresh graduate are also welcome)
- A good and confident communicator, proactive person, and have good energy level to serve customers
- Fast-paced worker, able to handle ambiguity and changes
- Ability to deep-analyze existing issues and find the most efficient solution according to issue categories
- Ability to keep track of collected data or documentations with great accuracy
- Ability to operate basic data processing tools (spreadsheets, excel, etc)
