What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the main point of contact for our existing Hubbers (talents hired by our clients) and build a strong relationship and trust among the Hubbers.
• Be a good listener and be proactively in interacting with our existing Hubbers.
• Manage the team to conduct orientation, onboarding, ad-hoc support, engagement call, pulse-check survey, and offboarding with Hubbers.
• Support clients to conduct annual performance reviews.
• Deliver the talent under management report.
• Support Talent Success Team Lead to conduct exit interviews. 
• Address problems related to employers together with the touchpoint of clients (Customer Success Team).
• Address issues from Hubbers by providing emotional support and career development guidance to Hubbers.
• In charge of some administrative tasks.

• Someone who has qualitative & quantitative customer service decision-making to guide the team
• Someone who can communicate well in English, verbally and non-verbally, and is a good listener.
