We are looking for an enthusiastic, progressive-thinking individual to join a fast-paced, high-performing team of Recruitment Consultants as a Talent Sourcer. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be mastering stakeholder management and will be the crucial link between clients and candidate
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing a good understanding of the job description and sourcing requirements
- Crafting and sending recruiting emails
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Expanding the current sourcing methods and channels
- Managing and tracking a high number of candidates
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
- Maintain the accuracy of our candidate database
- Partnering with the Recruitment Team to achieve success
- Maintaining an effective talent pipeline for the Recruitment Team
- Measure conversion rates
- Manage referrals from current employees and external networks
- Promote our brand online and offline
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new opportunities
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven Work Experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Hands-on Experience with sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with HR Database, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time management abilities
- Diploma in HR/Talent Management or relevant field
