[Talent Pooling] Digital Marketing (Programmatic) Lead

Job Description

• Using your creative and analytical mindset, you will be responsible for the strategic and execution, performance as well as reporting of programmatic performance
• Be the programmatic expert on campaign performance and optimization providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives 
• Leverage first party data for targeting and insights 
• Proactively working on campaign set-up and optimization strategy 
• Exploring variety of ways to scale up the campaign 
• Deliver programmatic campaign optimizations analyses and provide recommendations, insights, for the next action plan from the data 
• Brainstorm engaging, new, and trending creative strategies 
• Stay informed of paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices
• Leading and develop a small team

Job Requirement

• 4+ years' of experience working in the digital marketing with focus a on Programmatic Digital Marketing
• Experience in leadership is a plus
• Must love and be curious about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line Experience in the use of programmatic ad buying tools and proficient in data analysis.
• Well-versed in the Google suite specifically, Spreadsheet and Slide Professional communicator, both written and verbal Creative, both for visuals and words. 
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment 
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
• Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team 
• Ability to proactively organize daily tasks 
• Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities 
• Drive, ability to manage details, meticulousness 
• Maintain the can-do attitude and ability to solve problems
