[Talent Pool] Storyboard Artist Specialist

Job Descriptions

• Lead a team of storyboard artists and conduct quality checks for the teams output both in visual quality and the academic pedagogical accuracy. 
• Translate pedagogical materials in Elementary-school subjects (Grade 1-6) and storyline narratives into storyboards
• Manage the project operations, documentation and course folders for delivery in the team
• Coordinate with teachers, writers and the creative team to ensure smooth delivery of the final output
• Create animatic storyboards for motion comic animation
• Conduct training and workshops to develop the team and improve the visual quality of the learning videos

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in storyboard fields
• Experience in leading team is a must
• Strong visualization skills and able to create sequences from the script into animatic storyboard panels and implement storytelling from narratives to visuals
• Able to utilize perspective, staging, and object composition
• Familiar with digital drawing software (Photoshop, SAI, etc)
• Can combine image and audio to ensure timing precision using a video editing software
• Strong sense of academic pedagogical knowledge in elementary-school subjects
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as a Storyboard Artist in Edu-Tech Industry is a plus
• Demonstrate good written and verbal communication, and exhibits a collaborative, supportive approach to working with other team members
