[Talent Pool] Production Manager

What you will do?

• Develop production planning including concepts, venue, tools, schedule, tools & manpower through all channel.
• Responsible in managing production budget & spending for the department.
• Collaborate with the other department in regards to production operations (marketing, creative, finance, procurements, etc).
• Execute marketing brief & creative ideation into production operations.
• Monitor and supervise production process to ensure the projects are well executed and aligned with timeline.
• Responsible in monitoring post-production activities to produce a high quality content that meet with Ruangguru's standard & guidelines.
• Evaluate end to end production management and continuously analyze a room of improvement to achieve the production's effectiveness & efficiency.
• Monitor, motivate & influence your team's performance to ensure the OKR are achieved.
• Being responsible in personal development of your team.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor degree from reputable university. Background in advertising, broadcasting or any art related studies is necessary.
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in marketing content production field. Someone with solid background in both creative agency/production house and client side/media industry will be preferable.
• Solid technical knowledge in marketing content production is a must.
• Proven records in leading a team is necessary.
• Wide network with production talents and well-reference in production technicality.
• Good project management & organized.
• Ability to adapt to change and flexibility, with a strong penchant for prioritizing timeliness and efficiency.
• Good understanding in bridging production technicalities and business purpose is highly important.
