Ruangguru has allowed students to access better quality educational content in the form of learning videos, question banks, test-prep materials, and study notes. Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.
Job description:
•Supervise the academic content in grades 1-6 across all subjects (Math, Bahasa, Science, Humanities) in Ruangbelajar and collaborate tightly with a team of teachers and many other functions in the content team.
•Lead teachers to create content that is pedagogically strong and conduct quality checks in our content materials for academic correctness.
•Direct academic trainings and workshops to teachers and the entire content team to align standardization across all subjects and grade levels.
•Ensure content materials always meet with the Indonesian national curriculum used in schools.
•Conduct competitor benchmarking on content quality on a regular basis.
•Oversee the process and creation of a fully animated educational show from front-to-end.
Requirements:
•Masters’ degree in any related field in Education or Elementary subject- based (Math, Bahasa, Science, Humanities) is highly preferred
•Professional English proficiency is a must
•Extensive experience in elementary school education sector and is passionate about teaching & learning.
•Experience in managing a team
•Solid experience in developing content and has a strong awareness of both international & national curriculums
