Responsibilities:
- Responsible for screening; to selection, salary proposal and on-boarding in an efficient and professional
- Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline
- Work closely with management and Talent Acquisition to get to know the responsibilities and qualification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Has experience minimum in 2 years as technology recruiter
- Expert to recruit Engineering & Product team for Senior Level
- Experience to hire Engineer with Golang tech stack
- Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
