As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be in charge of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring both tech and non tech best talents in the world to join our BukuWarung Team.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manager end-to-end Talent Acquisition life cycle for different business functions with a strong focus on strategy, planning and processes like managing job posting, initial screening and interview process.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers to agree on availability throughout the interview.
- Use online job boards, social media platforms, our comprehensive database in ATS and other industry-leading resources to find appropriate candidates that match our requirements.
- Ensure candidate pipeline is managed accordingly to maintain high candidate engagement.
- Regularly update key stakeholders and TA head on candidate progress.
- Ensure all candidates are contacted, feedback is provided.
Experience and Skills Required:
- At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience both in tech and non tech roles in Indonesia.
- Experience in recruiting in India and Singapore is an advantage.
- Should be LinkedIn savvy and comfortable with MS excel.
- Proactive in understanding the candidate, stakeholders requirements and is able to gauge the early signs of intent of candidates to join BukuWarung.
- Master of execution and program management.
- Comfortable using and improving various systems and processes through automation.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working within an entrepreneurial organizational/fast-growing culture is preferred.
- Take the initiative to independently complete all tasks within a timely manner, creatively problem solving when necessary.
- Experience in a tech start up or related field in India, Singapore and Vietnam is a plus
