Job Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards

- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

- Filling talent pipe and keeping relation with candidates

- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule

- Coordinate with the hiring manager for the interview in individual or in the group interview

- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills and experience aptitudes

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

- Promote the company’s reputation as the “ remote work with flexible time”

- Other administrative tasks related to the HR Group system.

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter

- Good command of English

- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews

- Hands-on experience with various selection process

- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS (Workable)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong decision-making skills

- Familiar with both foreign and Vietnamese working environment

- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
